Test Mode
All rota and leave writes are redirected to shadow collections. Live data is never modified. An amber banner is shown to all users.
Maintenance Mode
Prevents all non-admin logins and displays a scheduled maintenance notice to staff.
Lock Registration
Disables the User Registration form so no new accounts can be created until this is turned off.
Clear All Operational Records
Wipes all written records (leave requests, rotas, recruitment, balances, announcements, etc.) so the system is clean for fresh data. Configuration and content — handbook, org documents, public holidays, leave settings, department leads — are preserved. User accounts are not affected.
